JBJR Concessions and Sales/Chocolate Dipped Delights We are a start-up mobile food service / concession stand operation. We are using our own resources to build our concession business. Creativity is our strengths!

This all started as an idea between two long time friends, Judy and Jerry. We want something more for our future, so here is what we are doing, a mobile food concession business. Our concession trailer is bought, and now gutted. It is being rebuilt from the frame up. We are funding this on our own, using the resources we are familiar with. Jerry is the networking guru, and the master builder! Judy

is the creative side, using a 23 year craft business as a funding source. We are already being creative with Chocolate Dipped Delights, and building this end of the business. Our "Angel Rose Designs" eBay page is linked to this Facebook business page also. Our listings and sales on eBay are also resources for our business funding. All new postings will be listed. Our goal is to give the working-class people the chance to enjoy the fair atmosphere with their families and not have to pay $5.00 for a large drink, or $7.50 for a sausage sandwich. We're going to have fresh-cooked foods ranging from popcorn, hamburgers, fries, hot dogs, to snacks for the kids, fountain drinks, lemonade, nachos, fresh coffee and cappuccino for those fall evenings. So please like our page, and send friends over to our page. We need all the support we can get. We will run contests here, and also offer lovely items to sell to pursue our venture. Signs of spring are in the air! It was so nice out today, got the trailer in the garage, getting ready for a good spring cleaning and a conversion. We decided to consolidate a lot of things on a day-to-day basis. We'll still keep the equipment we got, and the menu items we have now, but we'll have it to where we can add and/or take out equipment based on what venue's we do. We're gonna be concentrating mainly on the grill, for burgers and hot dogs, our nachos and cheese, the soft pretzels, and of course our lemonade and cold drinks. If we're someplace 1st thing in the morning, like the flea markets, we'll put the coffee and cappuccino back in for that, or if we do another baseball all-star, we'll put the popcorn back in. We learned a lot during last year, with that being our 1st full year, and based on that, we feel we'll be able to grow even better this year. We plan on having the re-fit with the new grill and everything inspected by mid-May, just in time for good weather and the start of concert/festival season!

Just a quick update on one of the events: Elliott Lee called today inviting us back for The Marshallville Historical Days 2015. This will be a 3 day event; the dates for this event will be August 20th-22nd, 2015. I will post more information on the events and attractions as they get finalized. This was a 1 day event for us last year, and it wound up being our biggest single day event of the season. We will be there for all 3 days this year, so there will be plenty of time for everybody to come down, get some good food (Fresh burgers anybody...?) and of course our fresh smashed LEMONADE!

So excited. Jerry just committed to our first 2 larger festivals 2015 this summer. We are also adding a grill to make burgers this year. Keep following for updates.

Jerry Rouse and I, along with JBJR Concessions, are taking orders for Christmas and New Years Boxes of Chocolate Dipped Pretzel Rods, Chocolate Dipped Oreo's, and Chocolate Dipped Nutter Butters for sale. Gift boxes are $15.00 each. They include 8 pretzel rods, 12 Oreo's, and 12 Nutter Butters, all packed in a Christmas gift box, all hand dipped. It's a $24.00 value on sale for $15.00. These would be great for parties and gift giving. The sale will be available through January 1, 2015. Please message me if you would like to purchase a box, or contact Jerry.
