Who wants to play a guessing game?!

I haven’t been as active on my page as I usually am. Doing the farmers market every week has been such an amazing experience and has kept me more busy than I thought was possible. I absolutely love showing up every Thursday and seeing everyone’s smiling faces, meeting new customers weekly and always seeing my repeat customers! I appreciate each and everyone one of you so much for keeping me so busy!

I spend most of the beginning of the week prepping and the end of the week non stop baking!

So while I was prepping all my bread flour for my sourdough loaves for the farmers market I thought it would be fun for everyone to guess just how many grams of bread flour I use each week just for bread alone! There is a picture of all the flour prepped in containers to give you an idea!
Whoever guesses the number or the closest number by Thursday morning at 9:00 am will receive a complimentary sourdough loaf in your choice of plain, croissant, Pepperjack, or cheddar jalapeño that can be picked up Friday morning in the stand or at the farmers market in Clinton Thursday night.

So, how many grams of bread flour do you think I use in this picture???

Tomorrow(Saturday) we will have Cinnamon rolls, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Brown Butter Oatmeal Cream pies, and banana breads in mini and regular size!

I have 12 chicks that are 8 weeks old available. They are mixed from a Beautiful barred Rock Rooster and either my Easter egger hens or my cuckoo maran hen.
They are all super friendly and adorable.

Good morning!!
I have a couple loaves of cheddar jalapeño sourdough and a few other goodies out in the stand today!

I am putting out 2 loaves of cheddar jalapeño sourdough, 2 loaves of pepperjack sourdough and 3 dozen of my chocolate chip cookies!
We are located at 203 e 1st st in Custer city
Open from 8:00am-7:00pm

But I will be busy prepping and making bread and goodies to put out for tomorrow!
We completely sold out at the farmers market last night and I didn’t get a chance to make extras for today!❤️
