The Ezekiel bread was a wonderful success. The recipe I used is in the comments. I added my tweaks to the recipe page.
The bread came out soft and delicious. A great sandwich bread.

I have heard about Ezekiel bread, but have never tried it. I'm going to make some this week.
If you don't know, God told Ezekiel to make bread from wheat, barley, beans, lentils, millet, and spelt (Ezekiel 4:9) Ezekiel was to eat this bread while he was performing a number of tasks that the Lord gave him to do.

I am experimenting with Emmer flour. It's an ancient grain, darker in color than most of the other grains. Not sure of the taste yet.

Today is farm-to-table day! I have so many tomatoes, onions, zucchini, eggplant, peppers, green beans, potatoes,okra, and corn from my garden that I decided to make a ratatouille of sorts. And I'll be making bread from fresh-milled flour of course.
I love picking fresh from the garden!
