Bangel Deer Processing

I had the honor and the privilege to go to Ethiopia last week to work with orphaned, abandon, and impoverished children through a local mission Hope For His Children. I was able to do this trip with some of the funds from this past deer season. Thank you to all of my old and new customers and to my hide buyer for allowing me to be able to pay for next years trip and to donate funds to Hope For His Children for the needs of the children there!

HFHC was fortunate to have 2 dental professionals on our 2026 Mission Trip team who identified urgent dental needs in several CFI children.

IT’S FINALLY HERE!!
If you have a smoked meat order that you have been waiting for it is here and ready for pick up! We will be in the barn at 9am come and get it!! Brad will be making calls but it will be faster if you just show up 😂😂😂. The only orders I do not have back were deer dropped off since the new year. Also all deer have been cut and are ready for pick up.

If your smoked meat order did not have Bacon, cheddarwurst, Cheddarpeno,smoked sausage, or brats. It is in and ready for pick up. Brad will be calling this afternoon for pick ups we will be out here tonight 5-9pm and 9-9 tomorrow.

I have an absolute village!!! This was the walk in cooler Saturday night. This is the cooler now! That doesn’t include the multitude of huge deer that we never took to the cooler that went straight from hanging to the cutting room! We are by no means caught up but with all the arrangements being made for my mom and my time away from the table this group of amazing people stepped up and we have gotten it done. Hoping to accept deer tomorrow evening again but as of now it will only be for returning and repeat customers, I just don’t have the capacity for new customers yet.

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of my mother Linda Ramsey she was a source of strength, love and support in my life, and her loss is deeply felt.
During this time I may be slow to respond and is the reason for stopping to accept more deer for processing. I can accept deer that are deboned (very clean) for grinding and packaging, or summer sausage. Please be patient during this time.
