Yall ran us out of Boudin balls but we got the smoker loaded down with that good smoked boudin! Give it a go! I’ll make sure to make some more boudin tomorrow for them PJ balls!

Our staff ran strong all evening pumping out orders as y’all kept them coming. We had a wait yes but some things only can be done so fast. Thank you for the patience

Also, we apologize for the temp as mid way through the evening we started having issues with our facilities AC unit. We are looking into it right now
