The baby ribs are individually vacuum sealed per slab.

The Spare ribs are vacuumed 3 slabs to a pack and cannot be separated at sale price.

No rain checks. No pre-orders. First Come First Serve.

The lamb and duck are frozen so plan accordingly. We also have all of our normal Meat House goodies.
