Ground Beef Gyros with Tzatziki Sauce

Oh my goodness, these were so good!
Gyros were always one of my favorite county fair treats and earlier this month I had one at the Benton County Fair. It was really good but these are better and easier on the pocketbook. I’ll add the recipe in comments.
Of course, the best dishes start with the very best beef so don’t forget to stock your freezer.
