There’s something special about real sourdough 🤍

Our sourdough is made with simple, intentional ingredients:
✨ Organic King Arthur bread flour
✨ Unrefined mineral salt
✨ Natural spring water

That’s it. No preservatives, no shortcuts, and no commercial yeast. Just a naturally fermented dough made the old-fashioned way 🥖

One of the biggest differences with true sourdough is the long fermentation process. Our dough slowly ferments over many hours, allowing the natural wild yeast and beneficial bacteria to work their magic.
