It's with a heavy heart that I've decided to sell my food trailer and pause operations for The Wild Goat. Owning a small business has its own challenges and I feel that this may not be the right time in my life to take on the challenges of growing a small business. I have 3 young kiddos that still need a lot of my time and a husband with a career that requires a lot of his time as well.

I want to thank everyone who trusted me with making cheese platters for their special events or gatherings and also everyone who subscribed to my cheese subscription box each month!

If anyone is interested in or knows someone who might be interested in buying the food trailer send me a message! I'll be posting the price and pictures soon. Thank you!

They feature...

Redneck Cheddar made in Dublin, TX, Brugge Comtesse (Think Gouda, sweet, nutty and a bit fruity- sooo good!), and Fromager d'affinois Triple Cream Cheese. Also included is Apple Bacon Jam, Texas Honey, Italian Dry Salami, Mini Toast Crackers and other accompaniments!

Hey cheese lovers! Just wanted to show up on your feed and update everyone about what I'm offering. It's a busy month!

-Halloween is creeping up soon and I know y'all have probably seen the Hocus Pocus boards- they are super fun! If you want to order one then please send me a message. They will be $50 plus tax and will look like the picture below. No substitutions! Last day to pick up will be on October 30th.

-Gift boxes are becoming my favorite thing to make! They are a unique and consumable gift to surprise someone with. Whether it's a Thank You or a Happy Birthday, your gift will be such a huge treat. Please send a message to order a gift box. I offer free delivery in the Calallen area.

-Subscription boxes are still going out at the end of every month. They're a great way to try Artisan Texas cheeses and other specialty products. Last month featured Knolle Dairy Farms Panela cheese- yummm!
