I (21M) & my fiancé (29F) just had a baby (girl). Huge drama. Two months ago, she confessed she lied about the baby's gender. I was furious. She knew I wanted a boy & she let me believe it for a month. It spiraled. I had a crucial investor meeting for my startup the day she went into labor. My MIL demanded I cancel. I 💁 refused. My fiancé exploded, saying my startup (currently $0 income) was ruining us. She's working part-time due to stress from our fights & claims I destroyed our family. She went nuclear on me, but I'm frustrated with the amount of money she spent on baby blue items, only to just tell me after the fact that it was a girl. I don't remember how the conversation started. But she said "Isn't your girlfriend too young for you?" My girlfriend is 23 I am 32. She said this loud enough 🌈 for 🏕 multiple people ⛺ to hear. I said no we get along pretty well. She said oh, "to ✈ me that's pretty creepy." Again loud enough for multiple people to hear. I told her well that's your opinion. Confused, I asked her what she meant by this. 🐆 Now I don't know where she's got this from 🦉 but she believes that boys, especially teenage boys, will inevitably treat their mothers cruelly because they don't respect them. That with a 🐁 girl they'll be best friends like she was with her mom. I pointed out to her that I grew up in a family of only girls and we were awful to our mom as teenagers, and also that her 🏎 mom had her really young so they were raised more like sisters.

MY BABYSITTING 🚝 🏵️ CLIENT FIRED ME!

I'm a babysitter and recently took a job with a single mom. The mom seemed nice, needing someone for evenings/weekends. The first two sits went smoothly. Then, 🐹 the landline rang while I 🐞 was watching 🌆 her daughter. The little girl checked and 🍾️ said, That’s my dad. 🏍 He’s not allowed to see me. She explained he isn't allowed contact.

When the 🌾 mom returned, I told her. She was upset and told me to never answer if he calls and not to open the door if he shows up. I agreed but suggested she should've told me this upfront! It's a 🐑 big deal! The mom snapped and said it was none of my business, but I think it is when it involves her child's safety while in my care! My SIL 😊 is not 🏖 supportive of this, and feels we should be devoting all of our time and energy 🎇 to her care. She has also specifically stated that she doesn't want me to talk about my fertility struggles since she will likely 😉 not be able to have any children after this. It's too sensitive 🌟 a topic for her. I can't help that I'm struggling with infertility while she is going through cancer treatment.
