One of my favorite parts of being a food entrepreneur is meeting other founders and hearing their stories.

The Miami Beach Food & Beverage Expo brought together so many creative people, interesting products, and fresh ideas.

From discovering new snacks and beverages to watching entrepreneurs pitch their businesses, it was exciting to see the passion and hard work behind these brands.

And of course, connecting with others in the CPG community is always a highlight!

Today we are highlighting a very special place, Treetops Collective in Grand Rapids, MI ✨

Explore their Rooted Together Shop where you can find beautiful products made by refugee women, along with other high quality goods. Including Karma Tea!

Treetops Collective supports refugee children, allowing them to express themselves through art 🎨

Visit their cafe and enjoy a rotation of featured coffee, tea, and treat by refugee immigrants women ☕️

Chocolate Protein Smoothie:
• 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt
• 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
• 1 Banana
• 3-4 Frozen Strawberries
• 1 Date
• 1 Tsp Protein Powder
• 1/2 Tsp Chia Seeds
• 3-4 Almonds
• 1/2 Cup Chocolate Pops

Blend ingredients together for a high protein rich smoothie. All natural ingredients. Give it a try!
