Position: Meat Processing Hand

We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team! This is a hands-on, fast-paced job, and we’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid of hard work or getting their hands dirty!

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly
* Must be willing to work long hours and weekends when needed
* Must be dependable, punctual, and ready to work
* Strong communication and listening skills
* Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
* Must be able to stand for extended periods
* Comfortable working in cold environments
* Ability to work safely around knives, machinery, and processing equipment
* Must maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
* Must be detail-oriented and take pride in quality work
* Must be willing to learn all aspects of meat processing

Experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person!

We’re a small, hardworking crew, and everyone pitches in to get the job done. We need someone who shows up, pulls their weight, has a good attitude, and takes pride in their work.
