I put one in the air fryer and they come out crunchy on the outside and chewy inside!

We wanted to show some of the kitchen hardwares that we have
-yangeun naembi (양은냄비) are traditional gold colored aluminum pots and pans that are commonly used for ramen/stews. You probably have seen in K-dramas and travel videos. We have multiple sizes and styles available.
-Hot stone bowls/ ttukbaegi (뚝배기) are used for soups/stews and for dolsot bibimbap. These will keep your soups bubbling and hot or create the nurungi (the crispy, scorched rice) at the bottom of your dolsot bibimbap!
-Chopsticks in wood and metal
- We are currently getting locally grown Korean vegetables (cucumbers, peppers, and perilla leaves) by a Korean farmer! Try these out for your next KBBQ ☺️

Got the original fruit bucket in again, the mix flavor in the Jack& kings version, and got a new flavor of the bigger fruit ice cream- milk/yogurt flavor with peach jam in the middle 🍑🍦

Some new goodies this week!

- Got the marinated crab again! We’ve had a lot of interest in these and have been out this past week. Both soy and spicy/red marinated crabs are both available!
-Home run ball in pistachio and caramel
-Pistachio & chocolate snack cakes
-Tornado potatoes in original and garlic cheese
-restocked on Honey butter chips and got new Butter ring cookies in raspberry
-Buldak seasoned seaweed and seaweed seasoned flakes
- New tiramisu Oreo thins

Restocked on a bunch of pouch drinks and got the ice ball and ice bear cups in! Also we are running a 10% off a whole box off of the pouches (10 pouches, has to be one flavor)

Got a new brand of ramune in multiple flavors to try something new out

It’s season for Korean cucumbers (dadagi cucumber) and peppers from a local Korean farmer. Unfortunately because of the constant up and down of the temperatures, she is limited in what she has. If you happen to see the cucumbers in store, I highly recommend trying them! They’re super refreshing and crisp. The peppers are called Ggwari-gochu. They’re mild in heat and similar to a shish*to peppers. Commonly used in banchan and soups.

- it’s Korean melon (chamae) season I attached a picture of what the fruit looks like inside. The melon is sweet, crisp, and refreshing.
- Just because we’ve been asked so much, we do have Korean sweet potatoes. These are one of my favorites! So sweet and they get almost custardy in the oven.

We got a few more boxes of the fruit bucket in, but our distributor is out of stock of those now 😢
We were able to get another brand in, but they are slightly different. We think these have less “white-chocolate” taste and more fruit flavor because the actual ice cream is flavored instead of being vanilla. They’re slightly larger but these are $7.99.

Got the new Vanilla flavor of the bingarae milk. I was thinking these would be great frothed up on top of any of the pouch coffees.
