Farming in a more sustainable way, we produce fresh greens and ornamental koi with aquaponics. Aquaponics combines the technology of hydroponics and aquaculture, to grow fish and produce in an integrated system. This way of farming allows more production in less space as conventional farming and only uses 20% of the water. The next two years were spent building various size systems, studying, trai
