Hey cheese fans! We’ve got our next cheese class on the calendar. 🧀+🍷🙌

Join us for our new Exploring The Vineyard Series- An expert guided tasting class where we dive into a theme of artisan cheeses, a selection of wine and how they interact with one another. Our first focus will be on the Pinot Noir Grape and what pairs well with it. 🍇

What to expect:
• 5 wines + 4 cheese pairings
• Tips for pairing wine & cheese at home
• A laid-back, fun environment (no experience needed)
• Time to sip, ask questions, and savor
• Exclusive in-shop credit for your next visit to the BRC Cheese Shop
• Pre-class shop tour + sample of BRC cheese

6:00–6:30 PM – Cheese Shop intro & optional pre-class mingle
6:30–8:00 PM – Guided tasting
📌 Held upstairs at North Market (former Hot Chicken Takeover space)

Patience is everything in cheesemaking. Our cheeses age from a few months to several years, depending on the style and the character we’re aiming for.

Over time, cultures and naturally occurring enzymes break down proteins and fats within the paste, gradually transforming texture and developing the rich, complex flavors that only come with age. These wheels will be ready for market later this year. Until then we watch, brush, taste and… wait!

Join us for a unique confectionery + cheese tasting! In collaboration with our friends at Sweet Ghost, who handcraft amazing artisanal sweets and chocolate products. Together, we have created a fun, curated pairing event. 🧀+🍫
