Come to the downtown Farmer's Market this weekend to stock up on corn! Use the below recipe to freeze corn to enjoy for months to come!

FREEZER CORN RECIPE

- 20 Cups of Sweet Corn (roughly two dozen ears)
- 5 Cups of Ice Water
- ¼ Cup of Salt ( we use a little less than a ¼ cup)

• Cut corn off cob – easiest to use a serrated knife over a bundt pan.
• Mix corn with all the water and salt in large bowl
• Scoop two cups into quart freezer bags
• Lie flat in freezer until solid
