The time has come! We are collecting pre-orders for our Thanksgiving turkeys and hams.

Follow the link below or scan the QR code to complete the order form. We are using a new order form, which WILL provide confirmation of completing the form and send you a copy of your responses. If you want help completing the form, feel free to stop in store and our students and staff are happy to help you complete the form.

During the week of Thanksgiving our hours will adjust, please pay attention to this as you select your pickup date. Items not picked up on the selected date will NOT be held. Payment is due at the time of pickup.

Pre-orders will close November 13th or when the maximum limit has been reached. Get your orders in early!

Pick-up dates:
-Friday, November 20th from 11am - 6pm
-Monday, November 23rd from 11am - 6pm
-Tuesday, November 24th from 11am - 6pm
-Wednesday, November 25th from 8am - 2pm

Pre-orders include:
-Smoked Whole Turkeys
o $4.50/lb
o You will be able to select a desired finished weight range. We will do our best to select a turkey in this weight range. However, there is no guarantee.
-Smoked Boneless Turkey Breasts
o $12.00/lb
o Turkey breasts range 2-5 lbs.
-Smoked Bone-In Hams
o $4.50/lb
o Half ham (7-12 lbs) or Whole ham (17-20 lbs)

Last week was an exciting time for the meat lab. Our crew got our new smokehouse up and going in the new facility.

Therefore, this week we have a few smoked products on special. There are limited quantities of these products.
