Join Chef Brian Baxter and Chef David Dawson for an exclusive, multi-course tasting experience built around exceptional proteins, seasonal ingredients, bold techniques, and dishes created specifically for this dinner.

Two seatings only — 5PM & 8PM.

The Vault only opens a few times each year, and seating is intentionally limited.

Today, 150 children received fresh back-to-school haircuts, 100 backpacks with supplies, and we fed more than 500 people BBQ, beef smoked hot dogs and gelato!
