We know many families made special memories in our strawberry fields over the years, and we truly understand the disappointment. Deciding to stop U-Pick strawberries was not an easy decision for our family or our farm. Unfortunately, after several years of severe crop damage, weather challenges, rising costs, and financial losses, it was no longer sustainable for us to continue growing them.

Opening the brewery was never about “replacing” the farm — it was about finding another way to help keep our family business alive and allow us to CONTINUE farming, employing local people, and welcoming the community to the property we love so much. Farming has changed tremendously, and diversification has become necessary for many small farms to survive.

We respect that some people may not agree with our decisions, but we hope people also understand there is often much more happening behind the scenes than they realize. We are incredibly grateful for everyone who has supported us through all the changes over the years, and we remain committed to creating a place where families and friends can continue making memories together.

Thank you for understanding and supporting small family businesses — it truly means more than you know.

Three years of Red Wagon Brewing 🍻🌾

This past weekend we celebrated our 3 year anniversary, and seeing so many people out at the farm reminded us just how thankful we are for all of the support over the years. Whether you’ve been coming since day one or are just now finding us, thank you for being a part of what Red Wagon has become.

What started as an extension of our family farm has grown into so much more than just a brewery. From fresh produce grown right here on the farm, homemade craft beer, cider, wine, seltzers & slushies, to our bakery, ice cream, live music weekends, kitchen menu, patio nights, dogs, families, and friends gathering together — we’re proud to have created a place where there’s truly something for everyone.

We love being able to bring people together and create a fun, local spot for Northeast Ohio to enjoy. Your support means more to our family and team than you know, and we truly could not do it without all of you.

🍓 Welcome back to our Flagship Beer Series 🍻

This week, we’re featuring one that’s a little different from the rest… The Farmer’s Daughter Seltzer ☀️

If you know Allyson, you probably already know she’s not the biggest beer drinker, BUT what she does love is a good seltzer! So when the brewery started experimenting with hard seltzers, it only made sense to create one inspired by the farmer’s daughter herself ⭐️

Growing up on the farm, Allyson spent years around the market, festivals, fields, and everything in between. From helping during busy fall seasons, working events, bartending at the brewery, helping with social media and marketing, and always finding ways to bring fun ideas to life around Red Wagon, she’s been a part of just about every corner of the farm over the years 🍓🌽🍺

Now… was being out in the fields always her favorite thing? Probably not 😅 But the farmer’s daughter definitely made up for it with personality. If you know Allyson, you know she’s sassy, outspoken, funny, dramatic in the best way possible, and always keeps things entertaining around the farm and brewery ❤️

Just like Allyson, this seltzer is refreshing, fruity, a little sweet, full of personality, and definitely has some sass to it too 😉

The Farmer’s Daughter Seltzer starts with a clean hard seltzer base and comes in a variety of fruity flavors:

🇺🇸 We will be CLOSED today in observance of Memorial Day.

The Farmer’s Market will reopen tomorrow at 10am with fresh produce, bakery favorites, and more! 🌽🫑🥧

Red Wagon Brewing Company will reopen Wednesday at 2pm! Come out to support our May non-profit organization as $1 from every draft poured will go directly to help this local dog rescue.
