We are still open! The rain has recently made it challenging to stay open everyday, but on this beautiful Saturday we have a lot to offer! Lots of cucumbers are in the stand for snacking and pickling. We had our 2026 honey harvest recently and can offer plenty of fresh honey! If you want larger quantities of jars or larger jars just message me here!

We have tons of fresh cucumbers, perfect for pickling or snacking! If you want to skip the hard work, we also are offering cold pack dill pickles!

The stand finally has vegetables for the first time this year! We have a lot of san marzano and a few better boys for tomatoes. We even have a couple of zucchinis!

Good morning from Ruby's Farmstand. The farmstand is open but there is no baked good in the stand today. We are wondering what are some baked goods people would like to see in the stand? Have a great weekend!

This weekend is the 50th Machias Wild Blueberry Festival, and we are headed to enjoy the festivities. If you are in the area it is a great time, and you should go check it out. Back this weekend are the lemon blueberry cheesecake jars. These can be found in one of the coolers on the bottom part of the stand. These are not shelf stable and need to stay refrigerated. Also, found in the stand daily, we have honey and Maple syrup harvested from our property, homeade jams and jellies, and handmade pot holders.

Have you seen this before?

This called bearding, it can happen for many different reasons. But in this scenario our bees are trying to cool off a hot day. In addition to bearding, the bees will stand at the entrance and quickly flap their wings in order to move air in and out of the hive.
