With our new Marshfield location opening in June, we’re building our opening team and looking for GOOD PEOPLE first.

Hiring: Bar Lead
Salty Days – New Location

Job Overview

Salty Days is a high-volume, well-loved restaurant expanding to a second location and introducing a full bar for the first time. We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Bar Lead to help build and run our bar program from the ground up.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys both creating and executing,from developing cocktails to working shifts and leading a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Bar Program Development
* Create and maintain a cocktail program, including seasonal and signature drinks
* Assist with beer, wine, and spirits selection
* Establish bar setup, prep, and service standards

Operations & Inventory
* Manage ordering and maintain proper inventory levels
* Build and maintain vendor relationships
* Monitor product usage, cost control, and organization

Service & Ex*****on
* Work shifts as a bartender, especially during peak times
* Ensure consistent, high-quality drink ex*****on and guest experience
* Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar

Leadership & Team Development
* Train and support bartenders on recipes and service standards
* Assist with scheduling and team development
* Foster a positive, team-oriented, and fun work environment

Qualifications
* Bartending experience required (lead or senior experience preferred)
* Strong cocktail knowledge and creativity
* Experience with ordering and inventory management preferred
* Organized, reliable, and hands-on
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Strong communication and leadership skills

Hello Everyone,
2026 is shaping up to be an incredibly exciting year for Salty Days! Thanks to the continued support of our loyal customers and the amazing team behind the scenes, Salty Days has become such a special part of our family’s life, and because of that support, we’re thrilled to be growing the brand with two new locations opening in 2026.
We are excited to officially announce the upcoming openings of Salty Days Marshfield and Salty Days Hingham.
Salty Days Marshfield will open in Spring 2026 at 1899 Ocean Street, Marshfield. Opening a location in Marshfield - our hometown - means so much to us. This new restaurant will feature the same great menu you know and love from Cohasset, plus the addition of a full bar.
Salty Days Hingham will open in the Hingham Shipyard in late 2026. We’re especially excited to bring Salty Days back to where it all started.
It’s going to be a busy and exciting year, and we couldn’t do it without our incredible customers and dedicated staff. Thank you for being part of the Salty Days journey; we can’t wait to share what’s next!
