What an honor to be mentioned in Business Insider.
At Teodora’s, I’ve always believed meat should feel approachable, not intimidating. My goal is to help every customer understand what cut works best for their meal, their budget, and the way they love to cook.
Not everything has to be the “best cut” to become a beautiful meal. The cattle has many muscles, and each one has a purpose. When you know how to use them, you can be creative, waste less, and enjoy real, nourishing food.
