For our fresh, pasture-raised chicken lovers, get yours before we freeze them at close of business Saturday (5P.) We are picking them up at the butchers today, so you'll be able to get whole and your favorites cuts at Manor Farm Market.
For our veggie eaters, our shelves are full of the most nutritious summer produce that we can grow. Pesticide-free and delicious.
Have you tried scapes? This curly-cue vegetable is cut from the growing garlic bulb - Garlic scapes have a unique garlic, shallot, onion flavor. When eaten raw, they have a more pungent flavor, when cooked, they become sweeter and more like roasted garlic. The season is very short for these, so try 'em soon!
Ruthann will be baking her soft pretzels and we'll have lemonade too.

Loretta's strawberry lemonade was a real hit at our Strawberry Blast last weekend, and is back every Saturday while our strawberries last. We've been busy making strawberry jam, pies and everything you love, so stop by. "Everything you love" includes Ruthann's soft, hand-rolled and freshly baked pretzels available almost every Saturday, including tomorrow!
Our produce, including scapes, is growing and is bountiful, so we'll see you at the market soon : }

Do you wonder what to do with those plastic ice packs you get with prepared meals or medical supplies? We use the 4"x7" and larger, (not the postcard size)so drop them off at the store.
And remember, you can always recycle our canned goods jars and egg cartons back to us : }

The weather is looking great for our Strawberry Blast tomorrow. When you stop by, there may be more cars to work around, so be sure to take our back driveway as your exit. They'll be signs.
Still time to get your pie or strawberry dessert order in. Ruthann will be busy baking her soft pretzels tomorrow.
Our whole family will be out to make the most of your visit. Our son Amos and his assistant Caleb are your hosts at our petting zoo - say hello to Thunder our pony, Wally the pig, Duncan the donkey, Ernie our horse, Patch our guard dog (he's elusive, so if you don't see him, that just means he's at work) and Caramel our dog. Everyone appreciates a scratch, (except Amos and Caleb : )
Katelyn is our macaron maker and will be helping out with our strawberry shakes.
Loretta's Strawberry Lemonade stand is up and running.
Elmer and Japheth will be driving the wagon rides every hour on the hour. If you have any questions about regenerative farming, Elmer's your farmer, so just ask!
Fresh-made strawberry jam is on our shelves and there's a whirlwind of activity at the farm in preparation for tmrw. See you soon!

Only two days until our Strawberry Blast. Ruthann and her daughter are baking baking baking, so get your order in for pies, macarons and everything strawberry.
Another "only". Delicious, nutritious and filling purple asparagus is around until the longest day of the year, June 21st, so don't wait.
So much goodness has short seasons!
