Keto Katz has been PUBLISHED in the peer-reviewed journal, Epileptic Disorders! t is the official educational e-journal of the International League Against Epilepsy (ILAE) which is who we volunteered our time to over this last year.

We created several recipes and how-to videos to be published at www.ilae.org for the families of epileptics who struggle to make their own keto foods. Dr. Giovanni Castellucci is a neurologist who approached KK along with several other chefs around the WORLD to create a database of keto recipes, we are so please to have contributed. ❤️
