Little Africa Food Collaborative OUR MISSION: is to provide an inexpensive healthy food source for impoverished, urban, communities. We once we had a "Little Africa", a "Black Wall Street".

The idea is to build an area in every city that is black owned. A place where we police ourselves, school ourselves, feed ourselves. The time is now to have it again. We don't have to reinvent the wheel, but simply start it back to moving. The first business we would like to have is a grocery store. The possibilities are endless.

Calling all South Elyria residents for a special opportunity at our EPL South Branch! Culinary Explorations is an opportunity to learn about healthy eating and budgeting while enjoying a food demonstration and samples. Call 440-322-0190 to register.

Our first program is on Saturday, July 19 from 12 p.m. - 2 p.m.
