Our quesadilla is back with a new twist! This version is filled with marinated pulled pork, local Wake Robin Fermented Foods carrot escabeche, Middlefield pepper jack cheese, salsa and sour cream. Available every day on our lunch and dinner menus!

Join us at the Holiday open house at The Hildebrandt Provisions Company Saturday November 27 from 10-5. Come support local artists and food producers. Here are pictures from Dannie Keim's farm in Homerville of carrots and beets still in the ground. Good to know the farmers who grow our veggies!

And we are open! A huge thank you to our team members and vendor partners. We also sincerely appreciate the support of the current and past Concord Township elected officials. We cut the ribbon with them this morning and are officially open in Concord!
