Hudson Valley Garlic Growers is a family owned organic garlic farm in Clermont, New York. Nestled in the Hudson Valley on a ridge just 2 miles from the Hudson River is where you will find us. Integrating agriculture into the landscape and maintaining a way of life tied to the land is who we are.

One pass, two pass, three and now we can get to the wood pile!!! It’s going to be a cold one so better keep those fires burning!!!🔥🪵 All the garlic is tucked in with straw, ok we were one row short and between a few under the weather days we never got to finish that last row…. Well it looks like the snow cover will stay around for a bit… 🧄and then we might get a break to finish! In the meantime I’m gong to enjoy the white stuff!!!! 🔥 ❄️

Finally made this sweet little wisk broom! “Rooster tail” . It’s been patiently waiting to be crafted since last January! With a snowy day upon us it’s perfect to sweep the ashes and hearth while the fire keeps us warm!!! Thank you 🧹 ❄️
