We’re excited to welcome Wings of Hope WV to our Community Spot for a hot dog sale benefiting local cancer patients and their families.

Wings of Hope WV is a nonprofit organization that helps ease the financial burden of cancer treatment by assisting with things like transportation costs, groceries, medications, utility bills, medical equipment, wigs, and other necessities. Their goal is simple: helping patients focus on healing instead of worrying about how they’ll afford the day-to-day expenses that often come with a cancer diagnosis.

Even better, 100% of the funds raised go directly toward helping local patients in need. 💙

Stop by, grab a hot dog, learn more about their mission, and help support an organization making a real difference in our community.

Be sure to stop by our Community Spot and visit the Mountain State Mibsters! 🎯 They are raising funds for their trip to compete at the National Marble Championship and will have a bake sale to support their journey.

Even better, they’ll be teaching kids how to play marbles! Come learn about this unique sport, enjoy some delicious treats, and help support these talented young competitors.

They’ll have:

🧁 Sweet treats
🎯 A marble play area where kids can learn and try the game for themselves!

This is a wonderful opportunity to encourage a group of hardworking local kids as they represent our region on the national stage.

Change of Plans for This Saturday’s Market!

Unfortunately, Bo McMillion isn’t feeling well and won’t be able to join us this weekend. We wish him a speedy recovery and hope he’s back on his feet soon! ❤️

The good news? Our friend Grayson Samples has graciously stepped in and will be providing live music from 9 AM–1 PM. We are so thankful he was able to join us again this weekend!

And there’s still plenty happening at the market:

🕶️ Shades for Migraine will be in our Community Spot handing out sunglasses and coloring pages while raising awareness for migraine disease.

🎯 A local marble team headed to the National Marble Championship in Wildwood, NJ will be raising funds for their trip with baked goods and a marble play area where kids can learn the game.

🚚 The Lunchbox Food Truck will be serving up delicious food.

🌱 Fresh produce, baked goods, farm-raised meats, honey, handmade items, local makers, and so much more from your favorite vendors.

♻️ Don’t forget to bring your empty Core Water, Gatorade, and similar clear plastic bottles! We’re collecting them this week for an upcoming Sprout Spot sensory bottle activity led by Elizabeth from Swisher Valley Farms .

💜 We are excited to welcome Shades for Migraine to the Community Spot at the Clarksburg Farmers Market this Saturday!

Did you know that migraine disease is one of the leading causes of disability worldwide? Yet many people don’t realize that migraine is much more than “just a headache.” It is a complex neurological disease that can impact every aspect of a person’s daily life.

Because migraine is often an invisible illness, many people living with it face challenges that others cannot see or fully understand.

Shades for Migraine® is a global awareness campaign led by The Association of Migraine Disorders. During Migraine & Headache Awareness Month, they help spread education, reduce stigma, and show support for the more than 1 billion people worldwide living with migraine disease.

Stop by their table this Saturday to learn more, pick up a pair of sunglasses, grab some coloring pages for the kids, and help support an important cause. 💜🕶️
