If you’re new to our page, we want to let you know that Chef Gene (owner and manager of 13 Olives) is also an amazing chef and graduate of the Culinary Institute of America chef 👨‍🍳 🇺🇸! (He’s too humble to make that known, but I’m his sister and can give him a shout out because I’m so darn proud of him! 😉)
Although his restaurant days are behind him, he still loves to cook and bake. Every Friday and Saturday he bakes fresh ciabatta bread, right from his certified kitchen, for his local customers. If you’re in Clarks Summit, PA, stop by for a loaf! It’s the best! 🥖

Today we want to give a shout out to one of our very loyal, local costumers, Gary 🙌.
Gary has been coming into 13 Olives since we opened 12 years ago! He has all of our products on display at home and is always bringing in new customers and telling people about his favorites! Here’s what he had to say during his last visit:
