Shifu chillin’ with the cukes, sprayed the peppers with compost tea and other goodness in hopes that they get strong enough to resist what’s eating them, Kris’s beautiful stacking job (he packs all the online store orders), frost damage on the wild amaranth, and some veggies I’m putting in the farm store. That’s been our week on the farm so far soaking up the long days, oh and the endless weeding.

Well, the flea beetles have been very bad this spring and even though I have crops covered they are devouring them. I guess that’s the power of diversity: when arugula and baby bok are looking sad the spinach and carrots are looking great. And because of the flea beetle damage yall are going to get some discounts! Our arugula will be 50% off in our online store as well as baby bok Choi. Thank the flea beetles.
