Will be posting some classes tomorrow for October.
We will be doing:
1.sausage making class, we will teach pan and link sausage. How to prepare and make, we will be discussing smoked sausage and everyone will leave with some fresh sausage to take home.
2. Meat market processing class,( teaching how to merchandise large subprimals (aka whole peices of meat) you can buy at the grocery store). We will teach how to turn them into your favorite steaks roasts and other cuts.
3.We will also be holding a turkey processing class to get you ready to butcher your own Thanksgiving bird!
Each of these classes is part of our new "Meat and Mission's " program, we will be accepting donations at these classes for church Mission's and outreaches. 100% of all donations and funds from tuition for attending these classes will be donated to Mission's and outreaches through Grace assembly In chipley florida.
These classes will each be capped at 25 adults.
Kids 13 and under are free to attend.
Tuition prices and dates will all be announced tomorrow as well as links to the event pages.
These classes will all be held at venues in Washington county Florida.
