76 keto white macadamia nut cookies 🍪!!!

I recently received an order for four dozen of these cookies. I was nervous about this order since I haven’t really baked since I got my baby. 48 cookies went to the customer and 28 were samples for my husband and I to taste-test/give away. I also made duplicate pie orders (received a peanut butter pie order so I made a PB pie for myself) this week to ensure taste and texture were spot on. Please be kind to your bakers and other local businesses. What you don’t see is my anxiety, spending additional time and money on materials, and sampling desserts (this actually wasn’t bad😉) for you! We’re trying hard and seriously the last thing we’d want is an unhappy customer! We appreciate you 😊

Wishing old and new friends a happy, healthy and prosperous new year!!!

In keto business news, I have decided to extend my maternity leave until the spring. The last four months with a newborn have been challenging, yet the most rewarding time of my life. I’m still in awe of having a child and would like to continue living our best lives together. And I realize this picture would have been more appropriate to post last month, but better late than never!

I started my keto business in 2019 after years of struggling with infertility and trying to find a healthy outlet. The ketogenic diet was recommended to me by my infertility doctor to help reduce inflammation. The keto diet has helped in additional ways- increased energy level, reduced hunger hormones and more. While I’m not pregnant today, I did find my baby through the gift of adoption.

Welcome baby Benjamin to the world! After struggling with infertility for five years, Ben is our adoption miracle and our hearts are full. I will be taking an unplanned maternity leave from 1-3 months. While my life is complete and I’ve finally found peace, my heart goes out to people struggling with infertility and I want to say never give up hope ❤️

Just kidding!!! Did a drop-off today (already sold out) and (not sold out yet)!

Still taking whole cake/pie orders (with a delay), but no cookies and bars (those who ordered will receive a refund). Where do you order? Check out my website www.daisysketokitchen.com! You can also message me and place an order through FB/IG, but the menu is only on the website!

As some of you may guessed, my house is on the market (thus a delay in baking)! You can contact me here if you want to buy a pie or my house (kitchen is baker friendly)!

Baked keto banana 🍌 nut bread with no sugar chocolate chips (this is super yummy, but I say that about every new item haha) as I watched Fatal Attraction yesterday! Not a bad life 😆!

Also, just did a late drop-off this afternoon and ! I’ll bake banana bread for this Saturday, 8/14. Then I’m off next week and will be back 8/24!

You guys are loving this keto peanut butter pie!!! I’m making at least three PB pies/week and tonight’s pick-up is for their own “personal pleasure!” Love it!

Oops forgot to post 😬, but these keto white macadamia nut cookies 🍪 were dropped off yesterday and ! I’m not a fan of white chocolate, but these are a game changer!!!

Please note, I’ll be absent from this Saturday and no drop-off next Tuesday, 7/27.

I’ll be back 7/31 with a new item that involves bananas 🍌 …or banana extract ;)
