These crispy phyllo bites are layered with nutty Gruyère, rich butter, and finished with Olivarez Honey Co. Montana Sweet Clover Honey for the most irresistible balance of flavors.

Bonus: brush a little honey between the phyllo sheets before rolling for subtle sweetness in every flaky layer.

How to make them:
• Layer phyllo sheets with melted butter (add a drizzle of honey between layers for bonus flavor)
• Sprinkle with grated Gruyère, roll tightly, and slice
• Bake in a muffin tin until golden
