We're excited to announce that we now carry raw milk products from Huckins Farm in New Hampton, NH!

Huckins Farm is a family-owned New Hampshire dairy farm known for producing high-quality milk from cows raised right here in our state. Their focus on animal care and quality has made them a favorite among many local customers looking to support New Hampshire agriculture.

We now have Yak Ribeye Steaks available in the case! 🥩

These are:

Yak is a very lean, high-protein red meat that’s often compared to a mix between beef and bison. It has a rich, slightly sweet flavor with a clean finish and excellent tenderness — especially in a ribeye cut.

We’ve got something new in the works

We want to let everyone know that Healthy Buffalo isn’t going anywhere—this is an addition, not a move or replacement.

We’re excited to share that we’re opening Chichester Market, a family-owned market with a full butcher shop, groceries, fresh fish, and a small kitchen for sandwiches and takeout.

We’ll also be bringing a selection of your favorite Healthy Buffalo items to the new store.

We’ve seen the speculation—and we’re excited to finally share what’s coming to town 👀

Chichester Market is on the way! We’re building a local, family-owned market with a full butcher shop offering fresh-cut meats, along with groceries, produce, fresh fish, and a small kitchen serving sandwiches and takeout. We’ll also carry a selection of specialty meats from Healthy Buffalo.

You can find us at 127 Dover Rd in Chichester, NH.

Construction is moving along well. They’re currently finishing up spray foam insulation so drywall can begin soon. Our goal is to open in late summer or early fall, though as with any project, timelines can shift.

We really appreciate all the interest and support—more updates and photos coming soon!
