New mild, ultra premium, extra virgin olive 🫒 oil, Frantoio. This Chilean Frantoio displays juicy apple and floral notes on the nose, a herbaceous center, followed by a savory finish with lingering pepper. This is a crowd pleaser and mild.

Sometimes the simplest salads are the best. 🫒🥗

Sweet butter lettuce tossed with tomatoes, cucumbers, Bulgarian Feta (available at Olivezia), green onions, red onions, sweet Vidalia onions and fresh cilantro.

And the part that brings it all together? A generous drizzle of Olivezia Coratina Extra Virgin Olive Oil and our rich Traditional 18-Year Balsamic.

Fresh. Simple. Delicious. And proof that when you start with exceptional olive oil and balsamic, you really don’t need much else.

Save this one for your next salad. 💜
