We picked some beautiful blackberries 🍇at Cherry Orchards this morning! That means you just might get a slice of blackberry 🥧 this weekend! I think I'll make a 🍒pie too since 🥧🥧 are better than 1 and because 🥧🥧fit in my oven at the same time! 😄

You can find our pie slices at the Athens Farmers Market on Wednesday (and a few Saturdays including this one) and also at 'Sweet Saturdays' at Century Farm Market, LLC in Albany, while they last!

If I only made one flavor of pie this week, which one would you choose?
We're thinking of bringing a pie to the Saturday market this week ( no promises yet!) but I can't make all 4! Which one would you choose?

Stop by the Athens Farmers Market tomorrow, Wednesday, for a slice of your choice! I'll have a few small pies too. Feel free to have me hold one back for you. They disappear fast!

Pies are back at the Wednesday .ohio!
I've never considered myself a pie baker, but I love being a wife and mother, and we all like to EAT pie. So that's how I started making pies. Just for us, on special occasions. Last year I finally gave in and started making them for all of you. Only for the Wednesday markets. (Katie already has my kitchen too full on Fridays!)
I've had several requests for this to continue, so YES, I'm willing to make them again this year! I'm starting with Apple this week.
Strawberry rhubarb, wild blackberry, gooseberry, cherry, and others, available as the fruits ripen.
I can't wait for fresh peaches to be ready! Peach pie is the best! 🥧 🍒🍑🍏🍓

Hot honey is again available in squeeze bottles. By far our most popular size. Also available in larger glass jars.
Medium heat. Perfect on meat, steamed veggies, bread, in drinks, and right off the spoon!
We use it in place of BBQ sauce.
Thanks Root 56 Farm -Athens, OH for some awesome locally grown hot peppers! Come try a free sample at the Athens Farmers Market Saturday morning 9-noon
