Farm Update

We had another big push this week on the farm.

While our green light to order the new high tunnel has been delayed by some unexpected red tape, we shifted gears and found alternate space to get our peppers and eggplant planted. We're happy to report that over 500 plants were tucked into the ground yesterday alone.

We also completed our first major round of weeding for the season! Volunteers have been hard at work trellising and pruning tomatoes to keep them healthy and productive.

This week we also tarped our first cover crop—a spring-sown stand of pea greens. This crop will be incorporated back into the soil, enriching a large planting block with natural nitrogen and organic matter. It feels like a gift to be able to grow our own fertility right here on the farm.

New T-Shirt Pre-Orders Open Now

We're opening pre-orders for what might be our favorite shirt design yet!

Pre-orders will only be open for 48 hours so we can get the order submitted quickly. We'll order a small number of extras, but if you'd like a specific size or color, we highly recommend placing a pre-order to guarantee yours.

Farm Stand Hours

The farm stand remains open 7 days per week from sunup to sundown on our honor market system.

Payment options:

Exact cash
Venmo

We are also staffed every Saturday from 9 AM – 1 PM, when we can accept all forms of payment.

Thank you for supporting local agriculture and being part of this community. We look forward to seeing you at the farm.

Happy Memorial Day Weekend!

The unofficial official start of summer is finally here — and we are so excited to celebrate the season with you.

Our community has shown up for us in such a big way already this year, and we feel incredibly lucky for every person who chooses to shop small and support local. Thank you for helping make our little farm community so special.

Farm Update

We had another productive week here on the farm.

Many more crops made their way into the ground, including green beans, ginger, carrots, lettuce, and more. Every week brings us a little closer to summer abundance.

The blueberry field is officially done being chipped (well...mostly), and while we're still fighting the good fight against winter moth pressure on our blueberry plants, fruit set is looking promising.

Tomato trellising is well underway — one of those jobs that always reminds us just how quickly the season starts moving.

And perhaps most importantly... we survived our first heat wave of the season.

Hello from the fields (and tunnels)!

This week has been full speed ahead here at the farm (like most), and the season is really starting to take shape.

About 90% of our tomatoes are planted and trellised, and the blueberry field is about 90% chipped to help keep weeds under control and retain moisture through the heat of summer (another GIANT thanks to our volunteers).

We also got another spray on the blueberries this week as we continue battling winter moth pressure that’s trying to terminate blooms before they can turn into berries. Farming always keeps us on our toes, but we’re hopeful and doing everything we can to protect this year’s crop.

We’ve been busy transplanting and direct-seeding lots of new crops into the fields, including:

• Hakurei turnips
• Radishes
• Arugula
• Baby lettuce mix
• Summer squash & zucchini

We’re also in the final stretch of spinach season — and honestly, this is some of the most tender spinach we’ve ever had.

Our microgreens are fully stocked, green garlic is FAT and oh-so delicious right now, and it adds incredible flavor to just about any meal. Rhubarb is in stock, and scallions and spring onions are plentiful.

The plant sale is still looking beautifully full, and you can expect to find:

• Sweet peppers
• Shish*tos
• Jalapeños + Poblanos
• Three varieties of eggplant
• Marketmore cucumbers
• Quick Snack cucumbers
• Tomatillos
• Ground cherries
• Honeynut, delicata, spaghetti squash
• Watermelon
• Cantaloupe
• Basil & Thai basil
• Parsley, dill, and cilantro
• Cherry, sauce & slicing tomatoes
• One-gallon pots of our elite tomato collection
• Zinnias & Violas
• Snapdragons
• Marigolds
• Dahlias & Asters

From our incredible partner farms and makers, expect to find:

• Wright’s Dairy Farm milk, cheese, and ice cream
• Lands end Farm pasture-raised eggs
• Steere Farm pastured beef
• Chepachet Farms maple syrup
• Branches beef jerky
• Sasha’s homemade sourdough loaves, scones, English muffins, and cookies

When you shop local with us, you’re supporting so much more than a farm stand. You’re supporting our crew, our family, and so many other small and local businesses we’re proud to work alongside. We truly couldn’t do this without you, and we can’t thank you enough for continuing to show up for local agriculture. Your Produce traveled 0 miles to get here!

If you haven’t picked up your Debit CSA card yet, please stop by during our staffed hours this weekend from 9 AM–1 PM. If another time works better for you, just send us a message and we’ll happily leave instructions for pickup during self-serve market hours.

We can’t wait to see you this weekend 💚

From our partner farms, we also have:

* Eggs
* Pasture-raised beef
* Wright’s Dairy Farm milk & ice cream
* Maple syrup
* Beef jerky
* And more!

Sourdough from Sasha’s Homemade is available on weekends.

Our plant sale continues to go strong with varieties of:

05/08/2026

Happy Friday from the farm,

It’s starting to feel like a real spring here in New England, and we are soaking it in. While we wouldn’t mind just a little more warmth, we’re grateful not to have jumped straight from winter into summer like in past years. The slower transition has given us a chance to really get things going the right way.

The farm stand is officially open and stocked! We’re operating on our self-serve honor system daily from sunup to sundown, with weekend staffed hours throughout the month of May from 9 AM to 1 PM. You’ll find a selection of fresh harvested greens like baby salad mix, spinach, kale, spring onions, green garlic, and microgreens, along with local products including eggs, pasture-raised beef, dairy, maple syrup, and more.

Our plant sale is also fully underway. We have a wide variety of strong, healthy plants available including tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, eggplant, herbs, flowers, and more. In addition, we’re offering our elite greenhouse tomato varieties—carefully selected for vigor, flavor, yield, and disease resistance. These are the same varieties we rely on for production, and we have extra available this season. Elite tomato plants are in 1-gallon pots and are $15 each.

Behind the scenes, it’s been a push week on the farm. We are almost finished getting the blueberry field chipped—thank you so much to our amazing volunteers 💪 We truly couldn’t do it without you. We also got LOTS of fertility down on our blueberry field in hopes of feeding these bushes well!

Even with the tractor breaking down more times than we can count this week, we’ve still managed to make great progress. Many more beds have been planted, and we’ve officially started trellising the tomato crop, which always feels like a big seasonal milestone.

Things are moving, crops are going in, and we’re getting closer to that abundant stretch of the season.

We can’t wait to see you at the stand this weekend.
