✨ On this beautiful Sunday, we're shining a spotlight on some of the incredible vendors who help make our market a vibrant, well-rounded place to shop for the things you love and need.

First up is The Vegan Bakery! 🌱 From delicious grab-and-go treats to made-to-order menu items you can enjoy right at the market, there's always something tempting at their booth. And if you haven't stopped by for a sample yet, prepare yourself. One bite is usually all it takes to convince you to bring something home.
We may or may not have already picked up some of their famous vegan mac and cheese for tonight's dinner. 😋 What can we say? It's that good. Be sure to stop by, say hello, and treat yourself to something delicious from The Vegan Bakery today!

Our next stop is Ajars Sweet Cream Factory! ajarssweetcreamfactory 🍨 This dynamic duo is serving up pure deliciousness with their rich, decadent sweet cream creations. Think ice cream... but taken to the next level. You'll just have to try it for yourself to understand the hype! We were especially impressed by the Strawberry Cheesecake flavor. And yes, samples are available, so you can find your favorite before making your selection.

Our third stop is Iona's Dream! 🥤🌿 If you're looking for fresh juices crafted to fit both your taste buds and your lifestyle, this is the place to be. Whether you're seeking ingredients that support your wellness goals, help you feel your best, or simply want a refreshing and flavorful drink, Iona's Dream has something worth exploring.

We love highlighting the vendors who help make our market such a special community space. Let's give these amazing small businesses a virtual round of applause for all they do! 👏💚

Stay tuned for more vendor highlights, and if you haven't made it out yet, there's still time! We're open until 5 PM today, and we'd love to see you here. 🛍️☀️

🥛🎨 June is Dairy Month in North Carolina!

Since 1939, National Dairy Month has celebrated the nutritional benefits of milk and the hardworking farm families, processors, and businesses that make dairy products possible. From fresh milk and cheese to yogurt, butter, and ice cream, dairy plays an important role in communities across our state.

This year, young artists are invited to celebrate dairy through creativity in the Farm Fresh Creativity Dairy Art Contest! Youth ages 5–18 can submit original dairy-themed artwork showcasing dairy cows, farm families, dairy foods, value-added products, farm-to-table concepts, innovative dairy ideas, and the people behind the industry.

🖍️ Youth Division (Ages 5–12)
• Entries accepted: May 25–June 12
• Voting: June 13–20
• Prize: $25 Gift Card

🎨 Teen Division (Ages 13–18)
• Entries accepted: June 8–26
• Voting: June 27–July 4
• Prize: $25 Gift Card

Whether it’s a colorful dairy cow, a creative ice cream invention, or a farm-fresh vision for the future, this is a great opportunity for young people to showcase their talents while learning about North Carolina’s dairy industry.
