Hey everyone!

Was thinking about making some summer sausage and snack sticks for the family and someone reached out to me today about making some, too! So, if you've got some extra meat you want made into specialty sausages, let me know! I've got some extra time right now to get some goodies made!

I can use steaks, roasts, burger, sausage... I can use bear, moose, deer, beef, pork...

I can make different flavors of snack sticks and summer sausage... I have original, pepperoni, cracked pepper (one of our favorites), garlic, hot & spicy, chorizo... I'm probably forgetting one.

Prices are $4.50 lb for summer sausage and 6.99 lb for snack sticks. 10 lbs or more per flavor is best. Can also do LG casing for kielbasa sized smoked sausages. I do have kielbasa seasoning, some hotdog and bratwurst flavors also.

Let me know what you're thinking and I'll see what I can do!

Well, normally we'd be approaching the 700 deer mark but that's just not the case this year, nor do we expect to ever do that many again. We are at 92 and I think that's pretty respectable all things considered. We couldn't have done that much without help from a few special people. ❤️

We'll still be taking a few deer through muzzleloader season, so give us a call. If I'm working in the redemption center, I don't get much for service, so call Wade and hopefully he answers his phone. 207-974-7369.

Hi everyone! I know we "closed" last fall, but Wade has been doing this just shy of forever and he really wants to continue doing a few animals just by himself, probably with no crew or very little.

However Wade had that terrible accident in February and he is still continuing to heal and has quite a lot of Dr appts and can't do his usual work load, but he IS doing better and has decided to take a FEW small moose if they come along and a few deer for the rest of this season.

When I say a few deer, I mean, probably only about 15ish per week, so really just a FEW, I hate to even post this because we can't do even a third of our usual numbers. But he'd really like to do what he can! He's fixed and replaced our grinders that gave us trouble last fall and turned on the cooler and freezer.

So! If you want to try us when you get your deer, please feel free to give Wade a call at 207-974-7369. I will still be running the redemption center full time so please don't expect a call back. We will do the best we can, but when we would normally get over 1000 calls per fall, it's too difficult sometimes to get back to everyone.

We only have in - rail scales, so we can't weigh a whole moose. We can weigh a deer and are available for deer tagging as well.

Can't wait to open this week and show you guys what we've been working on! Did a rearrange and opened up a little more space on the customer side and making a better display for Renee's cups and Kaitlyn's bracelets...

Our sorting has changed around completely with new regulations and it should make our jobs So much easier! So we'd love it if you guys can bring us plenty of bottles/cans so we can re-train ourselves 🤣
