Forest Walk Reminder – starting at 3:30pm tomorrow, Sunday 08/24/2025🌲
Here’s what to know before we gather at Lake Ann Park:

🕓 Check-in at 3:15 PM by the Boat Launch (https://maps.app.goo.gl/YkGHtRAA979Z49ZN6)!
Direction: Drive along Lake Ann Park Drive, all the way down until you see the lakefront (see picture at the bottom of this email) .
We’ll begin on time at 3:30pm
🚗Parking may be tight tomorrow. Give yourself 5 minutes to find a parking spot (free).
👟 Dress comfortably and bring water for our gentle 0.4-mile walk.
🦟Please be aware that it may be buggy on our Trail tomorrow. Please protect yourself by applying bug spray or wearing long-sleeve clothes.
Please refrain from wearing perfume tomorrow, as we will be exploring scents at the park tomorrow.
✨ Come with an open heart and a spirit of curiosity – no experience needed.
📄 I will bring a waiver for everyone to sign before we begin.
📷 I will be taking photos and videos to document my forest therapy training journey.
