10 piggies loaded for their one bad day. (which won't actually come until Monday so I guess they get two weird days and one bad one). Looking forward to having all of our pork fully stocked again.

Monday the first batch of chickens head to the processor as well and then we will have less animals for a little while. Definitely looking forward to knocking the feed bill back a bit.

The Market girls are back in action at Hamburg Farmers Market today until 1. They have all your favorites... Except Chicken 🍗. Chicken will be back full stocked next week (you might want to pre-order if you want a guarantee of getting your favorite next week.)

Just Two Pigs This Year

This is extremely short notice, but we have up to two whole pigs available right now. If you want our bulk freezer pork in 2026, this is your one and only chance!

**Pigs go tomorrow (Sat 5/30)

**I MUST have your order and deposit ($175 on whole, $100 on halves) by Monday morning 6/1

**Remainder due approximately June 19

** Two whole pigs available ($5/lb hanging weight) or four half pigs ($5.50/lb hanging weight) ALL PROCESSING COSTS INCLUDED

In a unique turn of events today, Abby has the day off and the father-of-trolls is at Hamburg Farmers Market today with Bethany! He hasn't been at a market to work since 2019!!

We know the weather is less-than today, but the remainder of the weekend looks pretty decent and you know you need some great grilling items! We loaded the coolers with lots of burgers and steaks, italian sausage, pork chops and bacon. Make it a quick trip and grab your holiday weekend supplies!
