UPDATE: WE FOUND HER❗️

Thank you to everyone who reached out and helped us identify the woman involved in today’s incident.

We now know who she is and she is officially no longer welcome in our store. That decision has been made and it is not up for discussion❗️

I’m going to remove the original video, but deleting the post does not mean what happened was okay.
For anyone who missed the original post: a customer sat in one of our booths, urinated in it, got up, looked directly at what she had done, walked away without telling an employee and then continued shopping throughout the store.
Accidents happen. Seriously. If you have an accident in our store, please tell us. We are human. We will handle it. We will clean it up. We will help you.
What is NOT okay is knowingly leaving bodily fluids behind, saying absolutely nothing and leaving our employees to discover and deal with it!!🤬🤮

Our employees did what they needed to do. The booth was thoroughly bleached and sanitized and we cleaned and disinfected the areas and surfaces that needed attention.

Thank you to everyone who helped us identify her! We know who she is, we know what happened and we will handle it accordingly.

And to the woman involved: DO NOT RETURN TO OUR STORE❗️🤮
