Centralia Farmers Market will be this Saturday from 9am to Noon up on the Centralia Square. This is the last market of the season for us so be sure to come check it out and see us! We are starting to run low on Chicken Bundles and Turkey Breast and Turkey Legs so if you are wanting to get some for your freezer now is the time! Pork we are down to Pork Chops, Pork Italian Sausage, and Pork Mild Sausage. If you can't make it to the market and are in need of some meats just let me know and we can do delivery or meet up please fill free to message me or call me at 573-473-2988. We have officially restocked on Chicken and also now have Turkey available!! We have different cuts of Turkey available including Turkey Breast, Wings, Drumsticks, Thighs, and Ground Turkey!

With the Mexico Farmers Market being done for the year I will be doing a pick up in the Car Quest Parking lot this Saturday at 9am in Mexico MO. You may order online or send me a message with your order and I will be at the Car Quest parking lot for you to pick up there, or there is Farm Pick up available this Sunday from 1 to 3. We will be up at the Mexico Farmers Market tomorrow from 8am to Noon! Be sure to come see us and stock up on some grilling meats for the weekend! We have Whole Chickens, Thighs Wings, Ground Chicken (this makes great burgers), Pork steaks, Pork Belly and Bratwurst!! This will be our last time up at the Mexico Farmers market for the year so be sure to come and see us! 🥩🍗

We now only have 3 Thanksgiving Turkeys left!! So if you are wanting to put your name on one now is the time!!! We are so thankful for everyones support!

Here is the information on the Turkeys!

Heritage Turkeys raised right here on our farm in Centralia Mo! No Antibiotics, No Hormones, just natural fresh Turkeys raised the way they deserved to be raised! Our Turkeys are moved daily on fresh grass, so they have access to all the bugs and fresh grass, alfalfa and everything that they love. These will be great to impress your family and friends on Thanksgiving with the taste of fresh Turkey! Our Turkeys Should be around 18 to 20lbs when processed but we cannot guarantee this weight come butchering time, could be less or could be more. We are charging $5.50lb for a Whole Turkeys. But anything over 20lbs you will not be charged for. There is a deposit of $25 dollars to reserve one. The $25 dollars will go towards the total cost of Turkey. These Turkeys will need to be picked up the first Weekend of October 3rd on Farm or October 10th at the Centralia Farmers Market. To pick your weight preferences it will be first come first served on pick up date. Turkeys will come frozen. and Always USDA Certified!
