We will have a load of shrimp headed into town Friday, available Friday evening and Saturday. These are ranging as 21/26 and 26/30 head on. THEY ARE SO FRESH SOME HAVEN’T EVEN BEEN CAUGHT YET.

There is a possibility that I could have some crabs also if there is interest.

Shrimp - $4.00 a pound 5 pound increments .

Crabs - $20.00 a dozen

We will be headed to town tomorrow, if there is interest we will have fresh blue crab. We know it’s Monday so you can either get them live for 25.00 a dozen or we can boil them for you at 30.00 a dozen. Straight boat run, mixed sizes, mixed male or female. Headed to town with a fresh load of 21 / 25 that were caught Tuesday morning.
These are fresh Grand Isle shrimp that are hand picked this is not a picking box mix of everything from large to bait shrimp.
We are located in Central and the shrimp will be available this evening and Thursday while supplies last.

Something to think about. The Government Accountability Office reports that only 2.2% of imported seafood is sampled upon entry into the United States. Of the 2.2% tested the FDA reports that 54% of the imported shrimp is refused entry into the country because it contains contaminants and / or illegal drugs.

Buy local from a Louisiana shrimper.

The next time you go into a grocery store and see IMPORTED or “Fresh Gulf Shrimp” it’s important to ask which Gulf.
