With the new year, we have our new schedule opened up. I know everyone is starting to think about ordering your chicks . Our buddy Dave gets the award for the biggest meat bird ever processed here! Maybe the biggest meat bird ever grown anywhere! 😆
He weighed in at 16.34 pounds! We had to put him in a turkey bag. I also hadn't realized that meat birds will lay eggs either, which this fellas girlfriends were getting ready to do. 🤯

We had so much fun helping some of the younger kids at the Shawano County Fair small animal auction today! A big thank you to everyone involved and to the folks that purchased animals from the kids. Great job to the kids; its so nice to see such dedication! We will see all of you next year!

We have heard from a few people that meat birds are hard to come by this season. We recommend planning ahead and coordinating your meat bird order with the processing facility availability so everyone gets the help they need this year. We also love to be a resource to those who are raising their own poultry; if anyone has any leads on hatchery availability, please feel free to share on here and help those who's hatchery orders were canceled due to a shortage of birds. Thank you!

We want to give the Bonduel High School metalshop class a huge shout out for making our new sign! It looks amazing on our bright red building! We love when we get an opportunity to support our local youth.
