Half of our staff (2/4 lol) will be out of town attending a graduation today, so we will be operating with reduced hours.

This is a trial run, so we’re testing it out to see what you all think!

We’ve been experimenting in the kitchen 👀🍝

Hypothetically… how would you feel about a build your own pasta bowl option on our menu? Or would you rather see a few set pasta combos to choose from?

We’re testing the waters and want your honest feedback- Is this something you’d order? Build-your-own or preset options?

My first trial run was a chicken bacon ranch Alfredo, and it definitely hits the spot 🔥

Let us know your thoughts! If there’s enough interest, we might just make this a permanent addition!

Tomorrow(25th) marks ONE YEAR of us owning the shop ❤️

We just want to take a moment to say thank you to this incredible community for welcoming us with open arms and supporting us as we navigated all the challenges and changes that come with being first-time business owners, especially in a new town.

This year has been full of learning curves, long days, and big growth - not just for the business, but for us personally. We have truly grown to love this community and couldn’t imagine this adventure anywhere else. Your support, encouragement, and kindness have meant more than we can put into words.

To celebrate and show our appreciation, tomorrow we’ll have a basket of Easter eggs at the checkout counter 🐣
