We have some pretty sad news from The Coop, a raccoon discovered our chickens this past weekend while we were away and took 6 of our ladies. We discovered the weakness in our run and have now fixed it. It took a few days and another loss (not only one of our ladies but several eggs) to trap the raccoon.

We didn’t receive any eggs today, it’s likely the ladies are too stressed or they laid them where they felt safe in the woods. We do have some eggs to sell on Sunday this week but I am not sure what our egg sales will look like moving forward. I will keep you all updated!

We have 6 dozen eggs $4 per dozen, available for front door pickup this week Monday-Friday (syrup $8 per jar is available as well). First come first serve, please send me a direct message with your order and I will leave them in a cooler outside of my front door for you to pickup! You can either pay with Venmo or leave cash in the cooler. We will be open on time this Sunday (9am) with eggs as well! Carlton, MN
