Umland's Natural Foods Crunchy Cheese started as a small family operation with the intent to provide a client with bulk shipments of dried cheese. When negotiations with this client did not go as intended we decided to continue making and packaging this product on our own, because it was tasty! We encourage people to try this cheese for a variety of reasons, wether they want a low calorie tasty sn
