Is time to bring in something new, and that's just what we've done with The Fig Lebowski.
Gruyere cheese with fig jam and crispy bacon hits all the right notes with its salty, sweet, and ooey gooey scrumptiousness.

🌟Meet Truffle Noir🌟

This delight is a Gouda-style cheese from Holland made with cow’s milk and studded with black Italian summer truffles. Creamy, buttery, earthy, and just fancy enough to feel special without being fussy. A great one for everything from cheese boards to mac and cheese to an extra-decadent fondue.

Fun Fact: truffles grow underground, so for centuries people had to rely on animals with very good noses to find them.

Pigs were famously used because they naturally want to sniff out truffles, but these days dogs are usually preferred because they’re easier to train and less likely to eat the prize first.

If you think about it, eating a cheese with truffles is basically snacking on buried treasure!
