Our olive oil follows the harvest.

Like everything grown on a farm, the olive harvest follows the sun. In the Southern Hemisphere, olives are picked in May and June, and that new oil lands with us in September and October — the freshest olive oil in the world right now.

Our extra virgin olive oils at the moment are from Australia. On the farms there, sheep graze in the olive groves and keep the fields w**d free the natural way. The sheep muster is run by a kelpie called Bella.
